- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email

Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary during high-demand drops or sales.
3. Shipping Charges
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders
- Otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
- Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before payment

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

- Courier partner details
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order anytime using the tracking link.
5. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Courier issues

- Remote location delivery
If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated.
6. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Hood Rich is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is still undelivered, it may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

If you receive a damaged package:
- Record an unboxing video
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
