Refund policy

At Hood Rich, we focus on delivering premium quality products. However, if you face any size or product issues, we offer a limited exchange policy.

1. Exchange Policy

  • We offer 5 days exchange from the date of delivery
  • Exchange is only applicable for size issues or product issues
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached as received
  • Exchange will be approved only after product inspection

Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Reverse Shipping Charges

  • After exchange approval, a ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be charged
  • This amount will be paid by the customer
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by our team

3. Exchange Process

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Share your order ID and reason for exchange
  • Our team will review and approve the request
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged
  • Replacement will be shipped after quality check

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange will not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or washed
  • Tags are removed
  • Exchange request is made after 5 days
  • Item is returned in different condition

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective products
  • You must inform us within 1 day of delivery
  • An unboxing video may be required for verification
  • Refund will be processed only after approval
  • Once approved, please allow 10 working days for refund processing
